• Module #2: Voting Rights Cancellation / Disqualification and Restoration: Mental Incompetency

• Module #3: Voting Rights Cancellation: Death, Felony Imprisonment, and NVRA 8d2 Card Process

Elections Code section 2214 requires that county elections officials and superior court executive officers take a yearly training on voting rights disqualifications and restorations, and their role in the process.

Attendance and training feedback will be tracked by completing the Voting Rights Cancellation, Disqualification and Restoration Training Assessment.

The Secretary of State will monitor attendance in accordance with Elections Code, section 2214(c).
