If you are 16 or 17 years old, you can pre-register to vote right now online. You will be automatically registered to vote when you turn 18 years old.
Become a student poll worker

High School Voter Education Weeks
The California Education Code designates the last two full weeks in April and September to be High School Voter Education Weeks. This provides an opportunity for high schools and their students to partner with county elections officials to promote civic education and participation on campus and foster an environment that cultivates lifelong voters and active citizens.
National Voter Registration Day
National Voter Registration Day is a holiday celebrated on the fourth Tuesday in September to focus attention on the importance of registering to vote. This is a great day to host a voter registration drive, or register or pre-register to vote if you haven’t done so already.
