Resources for County Elections Officials

The Secretary of State provides National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) training materials for county elections officials. Elections officials use these materials to train county officials that provide public assistance and/or serve people with disabilities. Included on this webpage is a link to the county elections officials’ voting rights restoration and cancellation training required by Elections Code section 2214.
