The Student Voter Registration program was created to ensure every high school and college in California provides eligible students with a meaningful opportunity to register, or pre-register, to vote. The Secretary of State's office contacts schools annually to gather contact information as required by Elections Code and to provide voter registration cards, when requested.

Annual Report
