At this time, the money deposited in the fund may be insufficient to satisfy any duly authorized award. When sufficient money has been deposited in the fund, the VCFCF will satisfy the unpaid awards in the order that such awards or offers of settlement were received by our office.
The Victims of Corporate Fraud Compensation Fund (VCFCF) application instructions and forms are available in PDF file format and can be viewed, filled in, and printed from your computer using the most current version of the Adobe Reader.
Once completed, the documents should be submitted to the Secretary of State's office at the address provided on the form.
