Mailing Addresses and Fax Numbers for Military or Overseas Voters

Military and Overseas Voters Alert! The Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP) has discontinued their service of faxing military and overseas voters’ election materials to county election officials. What this means: you can no longer send your voted ballot to fax@fvap.gov. If you wish to return your voted ballot by fax, you must send it directly to your county elections official.

The Secretary of State recommends you complete the online voter registration application. In the alternative, you should send your completed Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) directly to your county elections official.

The Secretary of State also recommends that you send your voted ballot and signed Military or Overseas Voter Return Envelope directly to your county elections official.
