California Secretary of State's Office in Partnership with San Diego County to Host Pop-Up Shop Event
Sacramento, Calif. – The California Office of the Secretary of State, in partnership with the San Diego Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk, will host a Pop-Up Shop event TOMORROW, June 17, 2026.
The event aims to provide in-person Apostille services for authentication of documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, and educational documents for international use. Additionally, new this year, in-person Domestic Partnership registration services are now provided at all Pop-Up Shops.
