California Secretary of State's Office in Partnership with Orange County to Host Pop-Up Shop Event
Sacramento, Calif. – The California Office of the Secretary of State, in partnership with the Orange County Clerk – Recorder’s Office, will host a Pop-Up Shop event on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Orange County Clerk – Recorder’s office, located at 601 North Ross Street, 1st Floor, Room 103.
The event aims to provide in-person Apostille services for authentication of documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, and educational documents for international use. Additionally, new this year, in-person Domestic Partnership registration services are now provided at all Pop-Up Shops.
