California Secretary of State's Office in Partnership with the City and County of San Francisco to Host Apostille Pop-Up Shop Event
 

Sacramento, Calif. – The Office of the California Secretary of State, in partnership with the Assessor-Recorder of the City and County of San Francisco, will host a Pop-Up Shop event on Friday, April 24, 2026.

The event aims to provide in-person Apostille services for authentication of documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, and educational documents for international use. Additionally, new this year, in-person Domestic Partnership registration services are now provided at all Pop-Up Shops.

  • -In-person Apostille authentication services for documents used abroad.
