Customer Alerts: Get the latest information about confirmed scams against Californians and businesses in the State of California, and what you can do if you have been a victim of a scam.
Processing Times: Get the current processing times for Business Entities or Notary Public Applications and Authentications and determine which method of submission meets your needs.

Business Entities – Forms, samples and fees, name availability information, information requests (certificates, copies and status reports), annual/biennial Statements of Information

Notary Public – Notary public commissions, education, handbook, disciplinary guidelines, seal manufacturers

Uniform Commercial Code – Forms and fees, information requests, liens, Revised Article 9

Authentications: Apostille or Certification – Authentication of public official signatures on documents to be used outside the United States
