California Secretary of State's Office in Partnership with Kern County
to Host Apostille Pop-Up Shop

Sacramento, Calif. – The California Secretary of State's office, in partnership with the Kern County Auditor – Controller – County Clerk, will host an Apostille Pop-Up Shop on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at the Kern County Administrative Building in Bakersfield, California.

The event aims to provide in-person Apostille services for authentication of documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, and educational documents for international use.
