California Secretary of State's Office in Partnership with Santa Clara County to Host Apostille Pop-Up Shop

Sacramento, Calif. – The California Secretary of State's office, in partnership with the County of Santa Clara Clerk-Recorder’s Office, will host an Apostille Pop-Up Shop on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Santa Clara Clerk-Recorder’s Office, located at 110 W Tasman Drive.

The event aims to provide in-person apostille services for authentication of documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, and educational documents for international use.
