California Secretary of State's Office in Partnership with Orange County to Host Apostille Pop-Up Shop

Sacramento, Calif. – The California Secretary of State's office, in partnership with the Orange County Clerk – Recorder’s office, will host an Apostille Pop-Up Shop on Thursday, October 23, 2025, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Orange County Clerk – Recorder’s office, located at 601 North Ross Street, 1^st Floor, Room 103.

The event aims to provide in-person Apostille services for authentication of documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, and educational documents for international use.
