These events are designed to encourage learning, dialogue, and appreciation for the diversity of our workforce, while reinforcing our shared SOS values of Integrity, Innovation, Trust, Superior Service, Empowerment, and Teamwork. Each event offered aligns with cultural observances, heritage months, or awareness days and may include film screenings, facilitated discussions, guest speakers, or panel conversations.
