California Secretary of State Shirley N. Weber, Ph.D., Announces Randomized Alphabet Drawing for the November 3, 2026, General Election
 

Sacramento, Calif. – California Secretary of State Shirley N. Weber, Ph.D., announced that her office will hold a Randomized Alphabet Drawing on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. PT to determine the order in which candidates’ names will appear on the November 3, 2026, General Election ballots.

The Random Alphabet Drawing will be both in-person and live streamed.

The drawing will be live streamed via YouTube Live.
