SACRAMENTO, CA – California Secretary of State Alex Padilla will be honored tomorrow at 11:00 a.m. during a webinar hosted by the Edmund G. “Pat” Brown Institute (PBI) for Public Affairs and moderated by PBI’s Executive Director Dr. Raphael J. Sonenshein. During the webinar, they will discuss Secretary Padilla’s life, career, and vision for California’s democracy, and the Secretary will receive the Pat Brown Legacy Award.
