SACRAMENTO, CA - Secretary of State Alex Padilla will deliver the keynote speech at a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) naturalization ceremony in the Auditorium of the March Fong Eu Secretary of State Building on Monday, September 16 at 1:30pm.
