The Secretary of State is required to report to the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) any behested payments made on his or her behalf principally for legislative, governmental or charitable purposes pursuant to Government Code section 82015 and FPPC Regulation 18215.3; behested payment reports are also available on the FPPC website at www.fppc.ca.gov.
