FundaMental Change to Honor California Secretary of State Alex Padilla at Inaugural Championing Change Gala

LOS ANGELES, CA – California Secretary of State Alex Padilla will be honored at the Inaugural Championing Change: An Evening of Art and Entertainment Gala on Thursday, September 19, 2019 from 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM at the Novo Theater in Los Angeles. Proceeds will benefit mental health awareness programs and service providers in the Los Angeles area.

Secretary Padilla will be honored for his leadership and mental health advocacy as well as his 20 years of public service. The event program will include performances by Popteño Band Suenatron, Performance Painter David Garibaldi, and Comedian/ Writer/Producer Cristela Alonzo. Championing Change will have nearly 500 community leaders, advocates, service providers, and supporters in attendance.
