SAN FRANCISCO – As part of the Commonwealth Club’s INFORUM series, California Secretary of State Alex Padilla and former Missouri Secretary of State Jason Kander will discuss the vital role of civic engagement in our democracy and the need to ensure that all eligible citizens are able to exercise their constitutional right to cast their ballot.
