How to Become an Enrolling Agency

The Secretary of State designates state and local agencies and non-profit agencies that provide counseling and shelter services to victims of domestic violence, stalking and sexual assault to assist persons applying to be program participants.

In order to serve as a Safe at Home Enrolling Agency, a non-profit agency must have a primary focus on victim services or provide services to the elderly or dependent adult community.

Organizations interested in becoming an enrolling agency for the Safe at Home program may write, call, or email Safe at Home for additional information. Our contact information is as follows:

Once the request is received and reviewed, Safe at Home will fax or email the Enrolling Agency Agreement and Questionnaire and the Request for Training form to the agency director to be completed, signed and returned to Safe at Home.
