California Electronic Filing Format (CAL) Version 2.01


The California Secretary of State has released Version 2.01 (11/05/01) of the California Electronic Filing Format (CAL) for political disclosure forms. Changes to the filing format are described in the CAL 2.01 errata document.

The SOS has implemented the following filing formats:

  1. The California Electronic Filing Format (CAL) filing format
  2. American National Standards Institute, Accredited Standards Committee (ASC), Election Campaign and Lobbyist Reporting, Transaction Set X.12 (TS) 113
