To keep stakeholders and others (non-bidders) up-to-date on the VoteCal project and its current procurement process, the current version of the complete VoteCal Statewide Voter Registration System Request for Proposal (RFP) is available via this link. This version of the RFP is updated to integrate RFP changes communicated to Bidders by DGS as addenda.

Addenda

An addenda process is used to communicate modifications to the VoteCal RFP to Bidders and interested parties. Modifications to this RFP after its October 29, 2010 issue date may originate in response to Bidder changes or requests or in clarifications or corrections identified by the project team. Addenda are issued to Bidders pursuant to the process described in Section II.C.5.c - Addenda of the RFP.

Questions from Bidders and Answers

Bidders requiring clarification of the intent or content of the VoteCal RFP or on procedural matters regarding the competitive proposal process may request clarification by submitting written questions according to the process described in the RFP. Responses to bidder questions are accumulated and issued to Bidders as a Question and Answer set (Q&A set) by DGS in collaboration with the SOS project team.
