The California Business Connect Project will:

Automate paper–based processes and allow businesses to file and request copies of records online 24 hours a day.
Provide access to Secretary of State records for the public and government agencies to perform functions in a more efficient manner.
Allow fee payments to be processed within one business day.

Request for Proposal

The official California Business Connect Request for Proposal SOS 0890–047, incorporating all Addendums to date, is located on the Department of General Services eProcurement site www.bidsync.com. Bidders must use the Department of General Services eProcurement version for purposes of responding to the California Business Connect Request for Proposal. Please note that you must register and log in with BIDSYNC to see the California Business Connect Request for Proposal.

The Request for Proposal describes the California Business Connect solution needs and asks for proposed solutions (along with pricing, timing, and other details) from qualified vendors.
